Hello, there! I’m Renee and I love clothes!

For as long as I can remember, I have always loved clothing and fabrics, co-ordinating outfits, sewing, and spending hours playing in my mother’s closet.

I’ll never forget that when I was six years old, I stayed with my maternal grandmother for a week in a distant city while my parents went on vacation. My granny was the seamstress in an exclusive fashion boutique, and had her own sewing “office” upstairs.

She’d let me use the offcuts to make clothes for my dolls, and sometimes I would get to be in the shop with her and the fashionable young sales girls.
