Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped within 2-5 days via USPS. A notification email will be sent with the tracking information once the order has shipped. Vintage in the Present is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you have concerns you can request full insurance coverage for the full value and be reimbursed once the claim has been processed and monies paid to Vintage in the Present.
International packages are sent first class and Vintage in the Present is not responsible for tariffs, taxes or customs and duties fees incurred at the delivery destination. We do not ship to high fraud risk countries. Please contact us to see if we can ship to you.
Orders can be cancelled at our sole discretion. In those rare cases all charges will be reversed immediately.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, etc. through PayPal and Stripe, in US currency.
Return Policy
Store credits are given provided we have been advised within 24 hours of receipt and the garment has not been worn. Customers may submit a return inquiry by replying to their confirmation email to request the products they would like to return. The shipping on the return is paid by the customer. If you have questions or concerns please contact the store via vintageinthepresent@gmail.com prior to placing your order.
We do our best to accurately describe any flaws, but items may have some imperfections that are inherent to being authentic vintage. Merchandise is sold “as is” with no warranty and exchanges are not granted. Refunds may be issued if item holds damage not noted by store or any damage incurred during transit.
There are no exclusions for items which can be returned. All items will be inspected upon return for signs of wear or use prior to store credit being issued.
Store credit is issued in the form of a personalized coupon to be used within 6 months of its issue date. Store credit will be sent through email after the store has confirmed the reception of the return and the item(s) has/have undergone inspection.
By placing an order through this site and clicking the “I agree to the terms and conditions” box before confirming your order, you are automatically agreeing with all policies listed on this website and that agreement is legal and binding. If you do not agree, you cannot purchase from VIP.
User Rights
We want customers to be able to post/share their outfits via the store’s Facebook or Instagram if they wish. To participate, all posts/shares must be reviewed by the store prior to posting. This can be done through email via vintageinthepresent@gmail.com or through a direct message (DM) via the store’s Facebook or Instagram @vintage_in_the_present.
The user is relinquishing all rights that they submit.
